Abbe Bradbury had an extensive performing career in the entertainment industry before returning home to the Gold Coast from Sydney to set up Dynamite Studios. In 2010 Abbe was awarded Young Business Woman of the Year in International Women’s day awards and has in 2019 again been shortlisted as a finalist in similar awards that recognised her contribution to education. A Performing Arts School facility for students in Years 5 – 12, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering national accredited vocational training to the Diploma level and casual classes from beginners to professional, gaining the attention of those who nominated Abbe for this award. Abbe has since Co -Founded talent agencies Evolution, Unfold and Emerge as well as Living Your Best Life alongside business partner Erin O’Flaherty who together have expanded their passion for career pathway success for young talent in the entertainment industry to ensure the next generation feels empowered to follow their dream careers in the arts and in business. Abbe’s passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence in the Performing Arts Industry is as strong today as it was when it began in 2007.

Erin has been trained in many genres and styles of dance since the age of 6 and has worked as a full time performer in shows such as ‘Under the Sea’ as lead performer at Tokyo Disney Japan 2006. Erin obtained a sought after position as a XXXX Angel in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 and has travelled full time around Australia as a dancer and media ambassador performing on national T.V. and for live events and saw her travelling Australia full time and performing for many artists. Erin remains employed as a performer for a multiple of entertainment companies on the Gold Coast. In 2012, Erin graduated from QUT in Brisbane with a double degree: Bachelor of Creative Industries (Dance) and Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and as a fully qualified high school dance educator worked at Helensvale State High School till in 2015 was offered the unique role of Head of Courses at Dynamite Studios, overseeing curriculum delivery and training for full time training artists. In 2016 Erin Co-Founded with business partner Abbe Bradbury, Evolution Agency. Erin’s dedication and  passion for assisting young people really strive for success in their lives is shown in her daily commitment and work in the Agencies and Living Your Best Life brands and programs. Erin’s commitment and holistic approach to ensuring young talent feel prepared, seen and heard in this industry is what motivates the dedication to her work.

Cindy began her performing arts training at a very young age across dance and theatre training and completed her Certificate 4 in Dance at Dynamite Studios in 2012. Cindy has had an impressive career in the performing arts industry working professionally in Australia countries around the world. She is a multi-skilled performer which has allowed her to flourish working as a Dancer, Face Character and Show Host. Her credits include ‘Betty Boop’ Face Character, ‘Dance for the Magic Beans’ Show Host, ‘Elmo’s TV Time Sesame Street’ Dancer, ‘Halloween Horrors Nights’ Icon Character at Universal Studio Singapore, ‘Gryffindor Prefect Host and Character’ for the ‘Triwizard Tournament’ and ‘Frog Choir’ Shows at Universal Studios Japan, Suit Character Performer, Host and Face Character at Dreamworld Australia and Suit Character, Show Host (‘Paw Patrol’/’Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’) and ‘Velma (Scooby Doo)’ Face Character at ‘Village Roadshow Theme Parks’ Australia. Cindy has also appeared in a TVC for ‘Virgin Mobile Australia’. On top of her amazing accomplishments as a performer, Cindy has hosted and managed multiple corporate events and continues her professional development with each passing year. As Head Booker at Evolution Agency Cindy is passionate about sustainability and longevity in the performing arts career and loves assisting talent to get to their career goals.
